This is the booking process:
1. Start the conversation.
Pop your details into the contact form below to get things moving. I’m usually pretty speedy and will aim to get back to you within the day. (Quick tip: check your spam folder if it feels like I’m ghosting you—emails love to hide in there!)
Once we’re connected, I’ll send over the full welcome guide with pricing, sample galleries, and all the juicy details.
2. We'll check the calendar.
We then check our calendars to see if I'm available. We recommend reaching out six to twelve months in advance. The more notice, the better!
3. Confirm the booking.
If you'd like to have a chat we are able to jump on a call and sus out the vibes otherwise, flick us an email saying LET'S DO IT and we will send through the forms that lock in your date.
This includes a questionnaire, contract and deposit information.
We’re not having a wedding in Sydney. Do you travel?

This is a big yes!!! I would love nothing more than to accompany you wherever your heart takes you. Although I am based in the Illawarra & Greater Sydney Regions, I have travelled all over NSW and ACT (hopefully much further in the future).
Are you LGBTQIA+ friendly?

Ummm, of course! I love my queer family and am a stan of all shapes, sizes, ethnicities, religions, cultures, and orientations.
How long does it take to receive the images?

This depends on the type of shoot/ event and how many photos. To give a rough idea of turnaround times...
-Weddings & Events- 3-6 weeks
-Family & portraits- 2-4 weeks
How many images will we receive?

Many factors influence how many photos you will receive, such as the number of people, the length of the shoot, etc. On average, I aim to be able to give you 50 images per hour. All my packages include access to all digitally edited photos (not just the best 10 or pay-per-image)
Do you back up your images?

I have dual SD card slots in each camera, so I always have backup SD cards. I securely store the images on my hard drive, google drive and online gallery platform for a minimum of 12 months and will always give you a month's notice before I clear the images.
Can we order prints and albums from you?

Absolutely! In this digital age, most people opt to only have digital copies, but I work with a print lab to print the pictures you might want. Just let me know what you think, and I can lay out some options for you. *It is important to understand I do not do any of my printing in house- it is all outsourced.
